This week, we have our sights fixed on the next Private Members Bill ballot in the UK, kick off the summer of savings in Denmark and find out how Deloitte in the Netherlands works to decrease their carbon footprint.

For the last few weeks, 10:10ers around the world have been building the skills and confidence to repair clothes, bikes, computers, and anything else that needs a bit of TLC to keep it at its best.
Remade Month, our take on an idea developed in Brixton and Edinburgh, focused on sharing tips and resources around the 10:10 community to make our favourite things last longer, saving the extra cash and carbon that comes with having to replace things as soon as they go wrong.
But don't worry if you missed anything first time round – we've put together a quick roundup of the best bits from Remade Month. Here goes...
My memories of school are, by and large, fond ones but I, probably like many people, have not had any contact with these places of my childhood since I left. That’s all about to change though - I've emailed my old school to suggest that they apply to take part in Solar Schools.
Being involved in the project makes me totally biased, sure, but I wish there had been something like this to get involved in when I was at school.
Checking the school’s website I’ve found my favourite science teacher is still there. The rest of the names mean nothing to me but it has been cough a few years since I left!
I'm hoping my old science teacher remembers me ... I imagine teachers only really remember the unruly students and the overachieving whizz-kids! I didn't fall into either of those categories but even if he doesnt remember me, the Solar Schools idea speaks for itself!
This week, we're sharing a round up of all Remade activities from the past month, news from 10:10ers in the Netherlands and their switch-off plans for 10 October, as well as the welcome rush in keeping up with the demand for our Solar Schools national rollout in the UK.
